Deliveries will be made by post/Carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
1.1 Shipment of your order will be subject to our processing times and will be usually leave the warehouse within 3-5 working days from our receipt of your payment for your order.
1.2 Actual delivery of your order is handled by a third (un-related) party and is beholden to their operational and delivery timeframe, therefore we have no control over the delivery timeframe of your order once is has been despached from our warehouse.
1.3 Stated delivery timeframes may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances and we reserve the right to vary this estimated timeframe.
1.4 Any orders placed after 5pm on weekdays or during a weekend will be processed on the next business day.
1.5 We place a tracking code on each parcel that leaves our warehouse and this tracking code will generally be supplied to you on the date that your order is collected for shipping, We take no responsibility for any lost, damaged, delayed or mishandled packages and the contents of packages once your order has left our warehouse. Although we do everything possible to ensure that what you order from us arrives to your supplied address in a timely manner.

1.7 If we ourselves are not able to ship your Goods – despite two or more attempts by us - within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail or letter/fax to arrange a later date for delivery and giving you the option of cancelling your order, and return money paid for the goods (unless the Goods are perishable or plant in nature). We will retain any charge we made for delivery and reasonable handling/re-stocking charges.
1.8 We will not accept returns of orders regarding underwear for health reasons.
1.9 We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.
1.10 Goods are sent at your risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.
1.11 We will generally send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order and supply you with your tracking code.
